Hello! Next weekend is whiteout dance where we all have to wear white or neon colors! Or both! Any cute ideas? It’s casual, but I don’t mind wearing a dress! Creative ideas are good too!

Wear an acid washed denim skirt with neon tights and a plain white v neck.Then wear a chunky neon necklace.
