my ex wont leave me alone, what should i do??? sorry kinda long?
ok me and my ex went out for about 7 months and we broke up because he fell in love with my best friend but my best friend already had a boyfriend at the time yet she always flirted with my boyfriend and other girl’s boyfriends too, and she cheated on her boyfriend many times. and now 5 months after me and him split up i met a new boy he’s totally amazing hes perfect at everything he does and i love him deeply, and now my used to be best friend boyfriend broke up with her because he found out about the cheating with about 12 other guys all of which are about 7+ years older than her o.O and now my ex has lost interest in her and hes constantly following me around and he doesn’t leave me alone he keeps trying to kiss me and he held me against a wall before hurt me quite badly, and ive told him to leave me alone i’ve plainly told and shouted that at him, but because me and my current boyfriend have a long distance relationship he isn’t around to tell him to back off 
and my ex just keeps threatening that when he sees my current boyfriend hes going to kill him which made me lash out and i kinda kicked him between the legs (ok come one girls you would have done the same if your ex threatened your bf with death) and don’t know what to do, because if my current bf is really over protective of me and i don’t want him to worry or get stressed yet i dont like keeping things from him, so what should i do? and also what should i do about my ex?
my current bf could wipe the floor with my ex just i hate confrontations and violence

What you should consider first is "DO YOU STILL HAVE FEELINGS FOR THE EX BF?", AND "DO YOU SEE POTENTIAL IN YOUR CURRENT BOYFRIEND?"
I know a lot of girls who never got over the first bf – they’ve gone through numerous relationships with other guys but in the end, have always had that deep emotional connection with the first guy. Ask yourself, is that the same with you?
If you are well and truly OVER your ex bf and now just consider him a pawn in your new happy relationship with your current bf – than to HELL with your ex.
Sure they both are protective, but note in mind that your sleezy ex was the one who hurted you in the first place by cheating….as much as you should respect him as a person, there is NO excuse for cheating on a girl for her best friend and coming back after cause ‘he’s bored’.
Honestly, if you DO NOT intend you sustain an amiable relationship witth your ex, then by all means, let your current bf deal with all this drama! He loves you and that’s why he’s so defensive! On the other hand, your ex cheated on you….is that LOVE?

It is possible to get a restraining order against him. Especially if he’s pushing you against walls and is threatening to kill someone. He wont let go because now that you’re not there for him to take back, he can’t stand not having you. You’re current boyfriend may not be able to do anything, but you can. Tell your parents about this obsessed ex. Your school. Anyone who could help you. What he’s doing is dangerous. Especially if it involved you being hurt.
Be careful with boys you choose, friends you choose, anyone you get close to. If they ever have behavior that they can become obsessed psychotic maniacs such as this fellow. Don’t let him threaten you.
